Today's Flowers

Queen of Late--NO MORE! I officially checked out of school for the summer on Friday. So did the kindergarten teacher! Who knows what is going to happen because the two of us are on vacation. At least we have a week before summer classes begin.

Now the real work in the garden begins! Lots of annuals to plant in all my pots. I finished painting my shabby looking planters. They weren't the shabby look of decorating...they were just plain ugly!
This clematis will soon be in the ground, whenever I decide WHERE it will go.
The iris are blooming and smelling so sweet.
I plan to make a memory garden of roses for Wally this summer. He loved going to shop for them for his mom and me. We had roses of all colors at his memorial service last September.
Even though I'm LATE for Today's Flowers, I'm linking up because it is so much fun to have visitors and visit around the world! Thanks to our hosts!

Dear Marilyn,
I'm so happy you stopped by to say hello today! What a beautiful idea to plant a memory garden! I just looked it up and the name of my rose is Therese Bugnet; Rugosa Rose Bush. The blooms smell just like the Yankee rose candles; very fragrant! I just love them. I hope you have a lovely week, my friend.

Blessings,
Sandi
