MY BEST FRIEND

I've been seeing someone the last three days! J.D. and I have spent lots of time together.

As in John Deere
Mowing the pasture.
Trying to get the mustard weed chopped down before it dries. When it is dry, it is dusty and DIRTY!
And it is D.R.Y.
If we don't get some rain, I won't have to mow for a long time.
Did I mention this all makes my allergies go zonkers?

School is moving right along and it won't be long before all I do is work outside in the morning and try to save some energy for cleaning in the garage and in the basement each afternoon. Alex, the SIL, will be so happy to hear this! He is annoying, just like Wally was, when it comes to my fabulous collections. (I love you, Alex!) I just need to help Alex understand that teachers have many collections. Just about one for every day of school! And we NEED each and every item in the collection.

I use to have a big yard and loved riding the JD, but you are right, not the allergies that go with it!!

I have my own John Deere too! I love to mow the yard with it. The allergies are the worst!

Achoo! I'm with you on mowing before it dries. Thanks for stopping by the other day. And, it does look like you're counting down the days till summer! (another post). Love your Palm Sunday photos - beautiful flowers everywhere. I hope you get rain. We were enjoying our recent rains - but the ground is drying up and cracking again. I'm hoping to be blessed with more rain, cuz we need it too.
Take care!

I wish we had a JD...but our yard is mowed with a push mower. I get Lincoln to mow and I trim and use the blower...it's a nice team effort. :)
We did have a lot of fun at our ladies tea, and you're right, it's a LOT of work! :)
Seems like I haven't gotten to chat with any of my blog buddies in so long...my life is crazy and seems to be getting crazier by the minute! lol
Hope you're having a wonderful weekend!

PS..I agree we NEED our collections! lol :)
