I Corinthians 2:9
"No eye has seen,
no ear has heard,
no mind has conceived
what God has prepared for those who love him..."
Summer flowers are my version of Heaven on earth. These pink phlox have such a sweet fragrance along our front walk way. They are a welcome sight and smell when I get out of the car after being at the hospital. Wally will be moving to rehab tomorrow and he said, "I've turned the corner!"
Time is short for working in the garden as I go back to school on August 17. I still have to get grass out of the neglected garden on the southeast side of the house. I did actually start digging and removing debris last week when it was cool. It is such a mess!

Hi there!
Thx for visiting my blog for met monday!
I noticed that you are from Ft. Morgan, Colorado. My Grandparents have since passed on but this is where they lived when I was a child.
God bless,
d
I love a garden that touches the senses -- besides sight, smell is also important.
Your pictures are beautiful.
mostly your flowers make me sneeze but it makes me proud everyone around town always comments to me on how amazing and beautiful your garden is. you're THAT house people want to drive by to see how their garden looks. :-)
i can't wait until dad gets to come home. it's been scary and hard with him in the hospital not knowing how the next day will go.
Your flowers are so pretty , Marilyn !
I can't believe that school starts soon, where did the summer go....
I do hope your hubby gets better, ..like today would be good ! I am sending well wishes your way !
Kammy
The phlox are lovely. I've planted some in my own garden this year, found them 1/2 off at the home improvement, they're kind of sad looking but a little love and next year they should be just fine.
Thank you for letting me know about the butterflies. I'm glad Sarah is pleased and I hope you both enjoy them for a long, long time.
We continue to remember Wally and will carry on with our prayers. We are so glad to hear he's doing better.
Hi,
Your garden pictures are beautiful. I hope your husband will be home soon.
Take care,
Sharon
