Romancing the Palate

Day 12 at Brambleberry Cottage
Romancing the Palate
Do you have a favorite place to dine for special occasions – or the menu for a romantic banquet to serve at home? What makes it romantic?

My husband and I would usually eat supper at home, but by the end of the week, teachers are tired. Going out was a treat no matter where we'd go, usually close to home in Wiggins or Fort Morgan. One local restaurant, Memories, is fun because of the decor. Click and check this out to see all the murals and collections displayed on the wall.

To me, romance was everyday life, doing ordinary things, laughing together, and thinking alike on many things, disagreeing on a few, working together, playing together, and sharing. Romance was loving and taking care of each other no matter what.
