This morning on the way to school the road was covered with ice and snow AGAIN. My drive isn't as long as some, but it is getting very tiresome to be doing this in the middle of April. Also, it was only 9 degrees! Yes, I know it was warmer than last Thursday, but only by 6 degrees. (My kinder kids can do the math and know it was 3 degrees last week).
When I pulled up to park there were about 6-9 robins huddled in the snow by this downspout. Usually there are only 2 -3 in a group so it was an amazing sight. They looked like this bird below and am sorry to say that I didn't catch them with my camera/phone and had to search on line for this one.
So, I'm wondering if we could have some warm, sunny days for the final four weeks of school? I'd be more than happy to dig out some spring clothes instead of shoveling snow!

P.S. Could you also do something about the wind that is creating the snowdrifts across the road? There will be more ice in the morning. Pretty please?
P.P.S.
I love the moisture, but could you start sending it in liquid form?
