roses...
This phlox is one that came up from seed. Even though the next two look the same, they aren't. Apparently they mutate and the colors change.
The "mother" plant, below.
This lily surprised me after church on Sunday. I wasn't ready with a spot in the ground this spring, so I just put the bulbs in a pot. Later this fall they can go down in the dirt. The flowers and I enjoyed the last few days of 70's and 80's. Click on the pictures to enlarge.
Next item on the summer list is a new camera as I'm sure I've worn out the one I've been using. (Or broken it). The I-phone takes fine pictures, but it won't talk to my computer so it is a royal pain to e-mail each picture, etc. It might be a bit before I do any more posting.

What beautiful flowers!
Thanks for sharing.
We're roasting out here; I'm practically having to drown my plants to keep them alive...
Hi Marilyn...
My friend, your summer blooms are gorgeous...and I totally agree about pink! Hehe! I bought a few pink petunias to plant in one of my pots and it's really looking pretty.
I hope that you are able to find a good camera. I'm still trying to figure out all of the settings on mine...hehe!
So happy that you stopped by for a visit. Yes...I really did enjoy the cooler temps...at least while they lasted. Looks like we are climbing back up to the high 90's and that is way too hot for me. I stick pretty close to the A/C. I'm such a whimp! Enjoy your summer break, dear lady. I'll talk with you soon.
Love ya,
Chari
Such beautiful flowers, I bet they smell better than my pine forest. Good luck with a new camera, it's been a while since I bought one.
Such pretty flowers! Well it looks like it is heating up again, at least in my part of Colorado- the cool days were nice for sure!
Hi Marilyn,
Your pink blooms are so beautiful and they really are the most fabulous shades in the garden, in my opinion! Thank you for sharing and thanks for your visit. Hope you get your new camera soon. Have a lovely weekend.
Blessings,
Sandi
