This building has three large quilts. This one is the
Spool block. It was after lunch when I stopped and the shadows are not pretty.
This one is an original pattern OR Mother's Choice. There's the feed company block in the middle corners--red and white nine patch will forever be "Purina" in my mind!
So is this Mother's Choice? I'm just using the names that were published in the paper - doesn't look like any I saw. If I had more time to research the names, I would. But, I'm waiting for the fog to lift and the sun to come out so I can go do something outside!
More to come...apparently there are more than 61 sites in Morgan County.

I have had fun looking at your barn quilts and still can't believe they are in Colorado - that is really cool !

Those are cool. I too will never look at the purina logo the same way ever again!
